Related AF
It started as two sisters talking out loud on the gym treadmills.
Related AF is where opinions get aired, ideas get poked, and nothing is rushed toward a takeaway. We talk culture, confidence, habits, nostalgia, and the everyday things that shouldn’t matter — but somehow do.
No advice.
No alignment.
Just thinking out loud.

Meet the Hosts
We’re not experts.
We’re not influencers.
We’re just opinionated — with receipts.
Kristin is the kind of person who throws the bowling ball and doesn’t look back at the pins. She has a thought, commits to it, and keeps moving. Kelly is the kind of person who hears the whole thing, raises an eyebrow, and says, “Interesting,” which somehow means six different things. Together, this creates a dynamic that is… productive, occasionally maddening, and very much to the point.
Related AF isn’t about being right or helpful or inspirational. It’s about thinking out loud — following ideas where they go, pulling them apart, laughing when they don’t hold, and seeing what they reveal about us, each other, and the culture we’re swimming in.
If you’re looking for answers, this probably isn’t it.
